Can data stay in the EU?
Yes. We deploy in Frankfurt (eu-central-1), Ireland (eu-west-1), Paris (eu-west-3), or your own EU VPC. For sensitive workloads, we use self-hosted LLMs (Llama 3, Mistral) so no data leaves EU at all.
What about Schrems II / data transfer to India?
For workloads where India processing is involved (Iedeo team access for development), we maintain SCCs (Standard Contractual Clauses) and a transfer impact assessment. For data residency-strict workloads, all processing stays in EU.
How does VAT work for EU clients?
B2B reverse charge applies — we issue invoices without VAT, your accountant handles reverse charge in your member state. We need your VAT ID (e.g., DE, FR, NL, IE) to issue compliant invoices.
