The Challenge

Field sales reps audited shelf compliance manually using a paper checklist, taking 8-12 minutes per store and producing inconsistent data. Planogram violations went undetected for weeks, costing the brand visibility against competitors at point-of-sale.

Our Solution

Iedeo built a mobile-first CV app where sales reps capture 3 photos per visit. A custom YOLO-v8 model detects SKUs, classifies shelf positions, and scores planogram compliance in under 4 seconds. Violations trigger automated workflows to the regional manager with photo evidence.
